At Petso, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Petso account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
